How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to process all 2nd Class postage orders within 3 – 5 working days. Our standard service has a recommended delivery time of 3-5 working days. Please note, we are closed over the weekend, so any orders placed Friday would not be dispatched until the following week.
Can I track my order?
Yes, all of our delivery services include a tracking number which will be sent via email.
My tracking information doesn’t seem to be working?
Please do refer back to our recommended delivery times. Even if you have been assigned a tracking number, this will not always mean the parcel has left us. Once your parcel has been dispatched, it can take a short amount of time for the Royal Mail Tracker to update.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to all areas in the UK. Unfortunately, we do not offer International shipping at the moment. If you are based abroad, please email us with the product you are interested, including your international address. We will then work out the costs of international delivery.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
Our standard delivery charge of £4.00 applies to all order values regardless of number/size/weight of items.
Can I have my order shipped to an address different from my billing address?
Yes, you may request an alternative shipping address during checkout.
